IT Sales Executives | Portadown | >£22k Salary | OTE £50k
We are looking for IT Sales Executives with previous B2B telesales experience. We are working with one of Northern Irelands Biggest telecommunications companies. Would you like to join an expanding in-house sales team with progression opportunities and an OTE of £50,000. This role would especially suit you if you have previous telesales experience in the telecoms or utilities industries.
The Role:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about new and exciting offers they are entitled too.
- Answering questions and detailing benefits of switching to cloud based services.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and closing sales
- Entering and updating customer information in the database
- Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner
- Going the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
- Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as telesales representative (essential)
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Previous experience in the telecom industry
